Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased from Cottonx are eligible for return or exchange within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Free Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on all eligible products. No additional charges will be applied for processing an exchange. Our objective is to provide a seamless and hassle-free customer experience.

3. Refund Policy

For Prepaid Orders:
The full purchase amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment (bank account, credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds will be processed to the bank account details provided by the customer at the time of initiating the return request.

4. Product Eligibility Criteria

A product shall be eligible for return or exchange under the following circumstances:

1. Manufacturing Defect or Damage:
The product has a manufacturing defect or is found damaged at the time of delivery.

2. Incorrect Size Delivered:
The size delivered differs from the size originally ordered by the customer.

3. Incorrect Design Delivered:
The design, pattern, or style delivered differs from the product selected and ordered by the customer.

All return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery and must be supported by appropriate evidence, such as clear photographs of the product and packaging, wherever applicable.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs….. For orders below this, standard shipping charges may apply. COD orders may attract a small additional fee.

Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

Yes, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags.

How do I request a return or exchange?

How long will it take to get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and quality-check the returned product. For COD orders, refunds are done via bank transfer/UPI.

Can I exchange for another size or color?

Yes, you can exchange for a different size or color (subject to stock availability). If the product is not available, we’ll issue you a refund.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’re very sorry! Please raise a return/exchange request immediately, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
