- How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped. - Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs 1000. For orders below this, standard shipping charges may apply. COD orders may attract a small additional fee. - Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Yes, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags. - How do I request a return or exchange?
Just log in to your account → go to My Orders → select the item → click Return/Exchange. You can also email us at (info@cottonx.in) - How long will it take to get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and quality-check the returned product. For COD orders, refunds are done via bank transfer/UPI. - Can I exchange for another size or color?
Yes, you can exchange for a different size or color (subject to stock availability). If the product is not available, we’ll issue you a refund. - What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We’re very sorry! Please raise a return/exchange request immediately, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
