Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Standard delivery timelines are 3–7 business days, subject to location and courier partner availability.
- Delays arising due to courier operations, weather conditions, or government restrictions shall not constitute non-performance by the Company.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items purchased during sale/clearance events are not eligible for return or exchange unless received in defective condition.
- Refunds shall be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, subject to quality checks. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund shall be processed.
- Products found to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to the customer.
